Join us for the launch of the fourth volume of Postscripts to Darkness, an anthology of the horrific and bizarre.
Lydia Peever is a journalist and horror author. While working on the sequel to Nightface, published by Post Mortem Press, she also writes non-fiction for various magazines and websites. Her short fiction has appeared in anthologies such as: Dark Moon Digest, For When The Veil Drops, Postscripts to Darkness IV, and her own collection Pray Lied Eve.
You may find her around Ottawa or North Bay tending poison flowerbeds, or taking photos at a random punk rock show. By day, she haunts trendy cafés, and photographs roadkill.
Kate Heartfield's short fiction has been published in Daily Science Fiction, Waylines, Black Treacle and the anthology Blood and Water. She has a story about prospectors and ghosts coming soon in On Spec, and her story "Six Aspects of Cath Baduma" is in Postscripts to Darkness IV. By day, she's the editorial pages editor for the Ottawa Citizen. She lives in rural Ottawa and is the mother of a toddler. She is a member of the Codex writers' group and a board member for the Ottawa International Writers Festival. She's polishing a historical fantasy novel.
